Now due to lack of interest there will be no regular spins leaving from Avoca, however I still go out on 100Km+ spins every Saturday and Sunday with a good group leaving from Caragh (just outside Naas) anyone from the club is more than welcome to come.
If there is enough interest I might run some spins leaving from Avoca, let me know. Also the Wednesday spins are still leaving from Naas at 7:30 from Woodies car park, everyone welcome. Over the x-mas break there will be long steady spins planned for everyday again if anyone wants to come let me know. Sadly the mtb'ing is going to take a back seat for a while as the main goal for next year is completely road based.
