If I get the all clear from the physio on Thursday I might give it a go.

Love to do both, currently working on it..... I was dropped last year after Dorey's forge, a short kicker on the route, on the last lap after working at the front much harder than I was capable of, which wasn't much, so would like to get back for (hopefully) revenge. Won't miss the MTB race though.
rode this race today. got around ok with the bunch, but not enjoyable at all. wet and mucky, narrow roads, and plain hard to move up. the full width of the road was clogged with bikes a lot of the time. three lads rode away when it rejoined the main road for the 15km dash to the finish and were never caught. some nervy wet cornering and flooding on the last stretch which probably helped them stay away, impressive all the same

Good to see you there Ronan. Rode the A4 race, I agree conditions were interesting and there were a fair few idiots really chancing it on the wrong side of the road - really annoyed about them - they made a merc hit the brakes hard once and on the main road they made a car towing a horsebox jam on hard and the horse must have nearly gone though the front of the box - it would have been lucky not to have been injured.
I enjoyed the race and it was shaping up nicely at the end sitting about 6th with about 3kms to go and feeling good, but punctured - pothole - so that was it, no chance to figure out how things were about to pan out. Roll on Glendo.
I knew it!!! Still Richie, karma caught up with me, punctured and I had to go to the St Patrick's day parade in Ashbourne afterwards. A lesson learned...
thats not Karma..thats Voodoo..you people have no idea the trouble I go to finding Black and White roosters and the hours spent trying to break into your houses and stealing your used underpants and toothbrushes..Its not an easy life I have !!
yeah feckin eejits however , DOK can ride a mountainbike ! I think Ronan saw one in a shop once and wheres that other Clipe ? Rob McWhingeyslow, did the Physio have him put down ?
