Lurgan CX next weekend? Anyone?

Ulster cx round 1 in Lurgan next Sunday, A and B racing off at 1pm, its about 1 hour 45 minutes from Dublin, looks to be a pretty flat course, but could be muddy muddy muddy... some of the videso from years past show some interesting ponds on the course, as well as good plain mud.

A few weeks till next Fixx race in Bray, so good to get in some training.

Weather forecast for the week says... mud.

I'd be on for this if someone wants to lend me a cross bike for the day, I'm a size 56 on the road.

I could fill the tubes on my ridley with lead and lend it to you....

Will that make it go any faster in the mud?

Increased traction I'd say... To the point of immersion...

That said the bike will be available and working.... Mostly :-)
