Mick Lally road race sat 28th February

I'm doing this road race on Saturday, 10.45 start in Summerhill, for a1 to a4 so something for everybody!
Anyone else doing this?

Ya. A3. Alfie might bring a bungy chord or something. A flattish course with one short sharp hill.

I thought I'd give the Meat Grinder a go tonight - it was a new route and I was not prepared at all for it but gave it a go - Lamb Doyles, Enniskerry, Ballinastoe, Roundwood, darkness, dark places, broken light, steep descent in the dark, Newtownmountkenedy, hammering the N11, white flag, lonely 25km home... But happy out now. Next week again if the lads will have me along again.

Wow sounds really tough, great to try sometime. But too tough for me I reckon.

Was tough going last night with the smaller group
Only five doing turns over almost 70k feels like I have a hangover thismorning!
