Road spin starts at 9:30, meeting at Avoca in Rathcoole, I'll put you route later on, maybe thinking of hitting a few hills! if so it will be around Wicklow/Kildare so plently of bail out options if people want to come along and try these spins, now the pace will be steady but people need to be self sufficient. That was a deadly spin, hard going over Sally Gap with tired legs after weeks training but so enjoyable nevertheless, especially on a sunny day like today! Some new savages joined us today, Adrian, Hennessy, Simon Mulvey and Mick (not sure if that was your name?).
Oh an Oscar finished off the wonky bottom bracket, he only made it as far as Stepaside...Thanks for the tube by the way, it did come handy!

It was a perfect day for a spin. You got it right Morty - i'm Mick. Would be up for other similar spins in the future. Need to get the endurance/speed up.
