Ticknock Hill Climb challange

I don't know if that's fast or slow but I was giving it 95% today, start at Taylor's and finish at the end of the tarmac road that goes to the aerials. (Straight up from Taylor's under M50)

Distance: 4.08 km

My time today: 17:21:10

I plan to do this once a week, it only took me 1h from D6 to get there, chat to some IMBRC lads at the top and cycle back home.
That seems quick enough max!!

Post up when your doing it next week and i'll join you. Knee is getting there, looking to get back into some structured training next week.
You can start with me but I'm going at my own pace which most would describe as quite savage.
Hill climb is probably the worst thing you can do as training after a knee injury, I'd start with some steady base miles if I were you.

well said Max !! dead right !!
Thanks Max, i've been out spinning recently and its coming along nicely. Physio has told me to start pushing it more from next week.

There is no doubt you'd leave me behind, but at least I'd have a target to chase.
