As you may have heard, the timers had some technical difficulties (learning difficulties?) tonight, so the attached results are meaningless and don't even reflect the finishing positions.
Apparantly Luke won, so well done you sex machine! There is also a paper record of the results, so we should be able to cobble together the final placings for inclusion in the overall league standings, so fear not.
Anyway, despite the setback, thanks to the timers, at least they volunteered, and sometimes it just goes to ****. Good crack was had and thats the main thing.
Im not too worried about the lap times being lost,no one was doing PB's tonight due to the wet root and rocks.At least the finishing positions are recorded,so everyone will get their place points,so all is good.Great craic as ever in the pub afterwards.Just one question,where were all the losers who didnt turn up tonight?? LOL
Yeah ..I had a deadly first lap, then a boulder lodged in my eye and fcuked up the rest of my race..nearly kilt myself chasing Damo through the singletrack..
I had a squinty race then feckin Jackson held me up till Terry caught up !! what was that all about..
Still great craic in the pub..

I'll admit I was on the laptop! "put in the number press enter" I was told. So I put the number in pressed enter.... The robot beebs then growls... Records nothing!! So I tap furiously on the keys, number then enter, number then enter, raving mtber's shouting digits from every... number, enter... Nothing! So I gave up and we reverted to pen and paper.

Great to see you all, especially Mr. El Presidente, and Mr. Leaguo-Lyncho. Well done to Luke for the win, and to Simon for coming in his underpants. I thought that might cause some rubberknecking on the way around slowing people - but that peep-show was played out too early. . . managed to stay behind Robin S. for about 10 to 15 meters which was nice, but in fairness that was because somebody was holding him up! ha ha.
managed to impale myself on my handlebars, man a few weeks off the mountain bike and all it wants to do is buck-a-roo... and I have wonderful leadmines tree bark stuck into my arm and it wont come off- now that's a tatoo i'm proud of!

We have a full set of placing results (so the points will be fine) and Terry and Ronan made a valiant effort with paper and a i-Phone to record people's times (thanks lads!).
Luke won - nearly as big a "banger" as McNipples! Great to see Harri back out - we've missed you!
Shame about the laptimes, i reckon there were some good times being done out there despite all the slippy rocks n'roots....
Caught a glimpse of Luke on the last lap just after the switchbacks before the gorse climb, but the track ran out before i could catch up....Still happy with 2nd place! :-)
