the midges today in Djouce I mean Ballinastoe !! were chronic, I mean debilitating..
so a massive thanks to Dave O'Toole,Max, Simon Keating and John O Reilly. At one stage I couldn't see with them and I was choking !
Then later llandai, Luke and Max had to endure them again.
Savage trail and its just brilliant to ride, I mean so much fun..the top section is just so cool, I couldnt wait to go back up and do it again.

Thanks then to Damo, Terry, Smithers, Andy,Ronan,SteT, Llandai and Darragh for riding the course with me twice as I really needed it ridden to see where I need to tweak it.
Not really enough bodies but I guess it will have to do. When you think theres so many people in the club and all I can muster when I need stuff done is a handful, it makes me wonder about my future with EPIC.

Those midges were unbelieveable alright!! I thought they were bad at the carpark but after 5 minutes digging and they were driving me demented!!!

I think Micky arrived late too, sorry Mick..we just had to go..I thought Tiddler McDonagh was going to start screaming !

I was up there since 1.00 today..I just had to put up with them. I think I may have gone mad.
John O Reilly had to bail before he ended up in A&E with..
I nearly got the knock on the way down the second time..

even the skin so soft failed to dissuade them ! i think some of them are here beside me on the sofa !!

Didnt arrive till 7.10pm,so did the Blast course with John Doris and Ger Jackson.Really enjoyed it,and thanks to Ger for showing me and John the way when we overshoot a turn!!!

now did you do the new bit where I have to get Ger to build a bridge !

those fox forks are shocking, the magura ones on my hardtail piss all over that talas crap.
I don't know how you could have raced on fixey forks micky, u must have wrists of iron.

yea but not all of them as was on my own
i left out the last two on the mattock as I may need landing assistance
and those forks are fooked
