is there any way of finding out where mountain meitheal or whoever builds new sections of wicklow way will be working in near future ?

I'm beginning to wonder that heather are you going to trim Jackson...

I haven't seen it but they usually do , unless its some sort of collaboration between the NPWS and Coillte. you could always ring Coillte and complain that its upsetting the migration patterns of the great Blue/Green slug of Antioch !
Thats actually true..now I dont know what make or model of snail it was but a group of people complained to Coillte about the trees being felled in Carrickollogan upsetting the snail population.

The current approved environmental method seems to be a long lines of endless walkers in heavy boots going tramp tramp tramp
To get them to go where you want put up wooden signs up with little walker people on them and when they have the heather at a height you like remove the signs

one guy complained to me one day for cutting grass in a local wast land, that i was upsetting the snails. I asked him how did they cope with all the beer cans!
