Ok digging this Saturday 11 at the tower all welcome bring your own tools Thats the leadmines saws rakes cutting tools mattocks shovels club league is only a month away
Lunch in palmers afterwards

What's the plan? some new additions or maintenance?

the plan is maintainence, I don't have a problem with an addition or two if its good and somebody like yourself takes charge of it. Have you got an idea for something ?

I was up there for the first since time the CL last year a few days back, I could not see a single way in which it could be better, at a push maybe get rid of the climb out of section 1, up to section 2, and the one to the finish line?

Yea I agree Don, we should replace them with those travelators like they have in Dundrum. It would be PB's all round, everyone is a winner!

How bout an uplift service? :)

I take it then that everybody posting is coming ?

I'm around Thursday as well if your going up there?

Well I wish I had seen this post a few hours ago, as myself and max the beagle are just back from the leadmines and there is now nothing left to do. We removed all debris from the course and sticky outy bits, blocked all short cuts, everything short of sweeping it clean. There is one tree to be cut though and a load of rubbish left by ravers at the start finish area. Anyway nice way to spend an afternoon in the wilderness.

Well Thats nice but theres some improvements i intend to carry out still.

That mean we get none of Rodgers "special" brownies now?? :)

shut up about the brownies..I want a crew up there with me Saturday mornning with mattocks and tools, to help me fix up one or two sections. You can also help me revive an old non race section that I ran out of time building.
