The dnf's will be addressed when I get to laptop. The new system was only to be tested tonight with the club laptop running the show. However the laptop threw it's toys out of the pram and we ended up using un tested new mother. All will be correct by tomorrow
Thanks to timers, organisers for the good work on another winters eve. Thanks also for the much appreciated encouragement, nearly came a cropper on the new "pavement" in the middle section, managed to stay on board, the culprit might have even got a photo of the wobble. Great race but racesplitter needs tweaking as no. 160 did finish and I was passed by one or two of the other DNF's. Look forward to updated times and places. Thanks
I'd almost forgotten how much I missed the CL, wasnt fast, wasn't pretty but my head is buzzing. Thanks to the timers, great job. Though never tell anyone their time if it is over 15 minutes, I nearly fell off my bike! Bloody brilliant!
Hahahaha what a great night I had, I left Palmers at 6.15 cause the 1st part of raydar was missing, well actually he decided to go from Taylors hahahahhahaha, so off I went up and over and back towards the leadmines were I came through the start and went for a quick loop, where I slashed my tyre side wall, I tried to take off the tubeless valve to put in a tube but it was siezed so i walked to the start/finish area where I had no luck in getting it sorted so I decided to have the craic, OMG I had a great time, made Nipples crash and variuos other people smile and chuckle in the middle of their race, the craic in the pub afterwards deadly as always, the new timing thing looks cool and I'm sure the lads will have it sorted soon, well done kiddies!!!
That was great fun, first club league race....first of many I hope, loved it.

hahaha..that was the business, what I love about the club league is , its the best little trail in the world, the club is brilliant, the guests are great and everybody has a great time. You will never know just how good you are if you never race. Its brilliant to see the girls all racing and this is the first year we've had so many youth riders.
The craic in the pub afterwards is always brilliant and whether you realise it or not, this race series brings out the very best in people. Apologies for the rocky road of death, it is an unfinished project though most people seemed to breeze across it.

Well i had a nice slow spin tonite! even the timers had packed up before i finished , Ha Ha!!
But the very reason for this pace is down to Richie flashing his prized possession at me and blinding me!!! [ it wasnt his camera and there was one witness] as i entered the woods.Great turnout!!well done timers!!
Another great evening out in the unbelievably manageable scutter.Its actually quite fun apart from the undressing at the end. Thank all for the super race. Terry, your scar is pretty cool.
That's was deadly felt much better than last week thanks to all the timers and starters for doing and thanks graham ....Adrian is there a way of getting lap times on that ?
Just spent 20 minutes in the shower trying to get the muck out of all sorts of places that I won't mention on such a civilised forum! Wet, slippy and fun (the race, not the shower!). Had a dice with Andy from start to finish and was feeling very pleased with myself until BON murdered me on the last climb! Thanks to Ger and all the timers - I'll even forgive Adrian for omitting by best position for years from the results!
Sorry to have missed round two :(, stuck in work with my bike in the boot, weather even looked grand as I drove by on the way home, the new timing thing looks deadly, even if the results are wrong for a lot of yez.....it looks the biz.

Brilliant race tonight. If only I could bottle the "after race" feeling, and take it before the race. Really wasnt in the mood on the way over. But enjoyed it and felt I did better than last week (which probably means my times are crap). Thanks to the timers and shouters, but I think the finish line needs to go back on the end of the climb. It looked like they were struggling to hear the numbers, and not just on the last lap.
The craic in the pub after was hilarious, poor Terry being made strip off and then slagged for his scar.
