Well I was wondering what I was going to do to keep my motivation up cycle wise for the ROC, I need not anymore, I think were off to E2E in the Isle of man, 75k and a tiny little 1500mts of climbng but this time there is a load if single track and fast tech descents woohoo!!! So Myself Ray and Mark Kidd are going to do it, should have confirmation soon.

Smithers I he to be doing that event also. Training going well over here in Portugal with Ray. Very hot for cycling though.
Entry sorted, and the craic was 90 in the isle of man!!!!
Another one done and dusted, As for no Mountains on the Island ehhhh not true!!! We all finished with MArk kidd getting 86th overall which is a great result, Ray did well too for a man who spent the week before it on the toilet, I had a crap race nothing new there then, John Higgins road like a hero and john Dinneen did it in time to get onto the 1st bus outa there and before the torrential rain came down.

Richard Lynch I think would have got top 10 or 15 in his class the way he is going at the moment, the whole thing was rideable with one or two gully climbs where if you lost momentum you were gone.
