As its the last Sunday before the Final round of the K capital Cup, I'm heading out from the Gala Shop at 9.30 for a relatively hard Sunday Spin.
I'll be only stopping at the tops of the climbs and the bottoms of the descents
if you think you have it in you to cope with this , by all means come along.
Anybody considering the XC NPS should make it along.

If you are going racing in Castlewellan or any where else for that matter, you should consider this spin.
Anybody who's been racing the Senior categories is welcome along.
And if you are a certain sports superstar ,you'll be fine as well. Bear in mind that you can drop out at anytime and that everything calms down once we get over the initial gallop up 3 rock.

Really enjoyed that spin, tough start up from the shop as always, the legs feeling stiff but soon got going. thought i was heading home early with the wee crank problem but easliy fixed in the end.
The pace and craic was good from the start and fair ply to Slivia who was easliy keeping up with the main bunch, even on Alfie's wheel at one stage!
That was great, havnt been out in ages, I got swallowed by a bog hole at one stage.
Myslef and Alfie headed back over 3Rock, thats a fecker of a climb back up the wocca woccas.
Yep, great spin, tough going at times but enjoyable all the way, some schlomp up there too. Remember April last year? Sun was splitting the rocks, fingers crossed for this summer...can't believe how quick Sylvia is...:eek:!!

I must have taken me as long to get back to the gala shop as it did to get to curtlestown!
