As I work most weekends I usually go for a half ass spin on monday for anything between 2 and 5 hours. With the weather getting better by the week I usually head out at 11am ish. If there are any other Monday bums interested in a spin let me know and we can get it going!

I sometimes make it out on a Monday but never know from one week to the next about work, or if I could be arsed. Stick up a post on Sunday and there is a strong chance you'll get a few slackers like myself knocking around.
