2014 Epic membership night - Lamb Doyles 6th February

Attention club members:

Epic Memebership 2014

We are having the Epic membership night on Thursday 6th February at Lamb Doyle's pub, from 7pm to 9pm. As was the case last year, to be a member of EPIC mtb you will need a Cycling Ireland Licence. Please ensure that you have applied for a CI licence by then. On the night only people who have applied / paid for a licence can join. See below for more details on the type and cost of licences.

For most of our Club there are basicly three licences you can get:
1. non –competition (€25)
2. Limited competition (Mtb and some other racing) (€60)
3. Full competition (Mtb and open road racing) (€125)

To apply for your licence use the new CI members portal via the CI website. You should have been emailed login details from CI, or just create a new account. You can then renew your current 2013 licence or apply for a new one. Once you apply I will be notified and will approve your application and you can then make the necessary payment, again through the CI website. CI send your licence to your directly in the post.

Epic membership on the night is 20 euros.

By the way, has anyone received the physical licenses from CI yet? They said they would be sending out the first batch on the 6th of Jan...

I thought I might do a couple of S4 races this year, then I can photograph you quick boys in the afternoon.

I haven't got mine yet Max but I know they have been sending them out!

AVdL a photographer of your calibre should have no difficulty racing S3 with camera in hand and taking pic's all at the same time! Down with this S4 talk

Have renewed my licence but it is pending club approval. Re-submitted today

I have approved all pending licenses as of Fri 31st Jan 15.00.

All current and prospective EPIC MTB club members have to complete the electronic Cycling Ireland application before you sign up for club membership on the 6th Feb.
