if anyone is interested in heading out a bit later. Ill be meeting at palmers at 7.20 for a bit of club league practise

Ill prob be up in between richie and al so ill get a lap in of the club course and then join up with u al, c ya then, ill have no battery excuses with sun being in the sky

great stuff Tara, Carol and Sylvia..wow very impressive pace..but after a savage gallop back up to the leadmines and arrived halfway through

from the start of the Boxing ring all the way round without dabbing to the top of katy and then to the bottom of katy..
oh yeah..
then a relentless chase through the club course with Tim and Oisin on my tail..then more than one red head of death down the Scalp and back to Palmers
ps Jellies do not replace real food..

It was great up there tonight, loads of riders all over the place. I was pleased that I made it from Palmers, round the club course, up and over Katy, only pausing for breath briefly before the climb up Katys. Some days are just better than others I guess. The descent off Katy' just gets better the more you do it, like a mini version of the Sierra Nevadas in Spain.

a great spin, the pace was great until we meet up with the fast lads, then up it went. i was defo red head of death at the end but still great fun.

it will only make you stronger
