Round 15 results

Well that was the dogs, bone dry, super conditions and a PB followed by a PB, delighted to get sub 16. Great craic in Lambe's afterwards. Thanks timers and special thanks to Caroline for doing a super job running the "the best club league"

Fantastic way to end the club league..huge well done to Colm P on the win, some savage!!! Micky took off at a fast pace and managed to hang onto him for lap and a half, but he was to strong on the night and pulled a gap. Big thanks to Caroline for running the league, amazing job altogether. Thanks to timers/shouters.. Good craic in lambs afterwards, always good to make the effort.

Felt like I was flying on the big bike, the lap times don't think so :) some craic in the pub after! Thanks for all the hard work over the year Caroline!

Lads big thanks for Niall John and John for coming up and helping with timing. Esp Niall and John who arent even in the club - the rest of u who did nothing all year should be ashamed. Great to see Harri out again, wont be long now until he is back with high fives for everyone. Well done Colm on the overall win!

Thanks Caroline for running the League and to all the timers for taking time out. Well done Colm a true champ. Was that mind games with Steo on the start line " just finish and you win". Personally I'm going to try make more of an effort next year to attend more of the league and it would be great if others would as well. We had a very good (weather) summer and numbers seemed low. Maybe the weather is to blame....? I remember one year it rained for 90% but it was packed with people. Great club with great people. Well done you...!

It was a great club league some really dry trails and fast times! I managed 2 sneaky laps before you all took off - when you're starting again you realise just how fit and strong you have to be to be competitive in the league - massive congratulations to Colm for the overall win (Hill climb next week!). Fantastic club really proud to be a (small) part of it all!

Big big thanks to Caroline for taking charge of this years club league, without her it wouldn't have run so smooth. It's been much appreciated by all members. Hard to believe it's been 15 rounds well done Colm on the win you are flyin. Lookin forward to the hill climb and the pints next Saturday hope there is a big turnout for both!

Oh god, the club league is over. Does that mean the summer is ending already? Thanks to everybody who make the league happen. It's the business altogether. I remember round one this year, barely making it around. Hanging off the handlebars on lap three. Last night, I could even manage a sprint finish with Doris up the hill. Ha ha, only gonna be one winner there. So fair play, sorry I can't make the pub every week. See you at the social night

Great to see hari back in action. Thanks caz for running the league. Its a thankless job and a major pain in the hole. Such a great league. Won't ever get bored of lashing around that course.

I cant believe that the club league is over already,been a very quick 15 weeks.A very big thanks to Caroline for running the whole show and to all the timers and starters,Harri should get a special mention for helping out on so many rounds.I agree with Ronan's comments above,you can really see and feel yourself getting fitter and faster as the weeks progress.These past few weeks I've been starting with Steo and we've been having great close battles,sometimes I'd win and other weeks he'd win,loved it!! Big well done to Colm for being this years champ!!

One last thing,people should try and get back to Lambers after the race for a chat and a drink,the craic there is better than the race and it makes our club more social,not just a collection of mtbers who happen to ride with an Epic jersey on our backs.

Really sorry I missed the last one. Got stuck in work and then had to console myself with beer! Massive thenks to Caroline for putting up with Alfie, I mean for running the league this year. You're a legend!

Looking forward to recounting it all over a few beers on the social night.
