Yeah loads going in this wkend..cx racing, nire valley, spins on. Looking forward to racing in tymon alongside Terry and Graham in the B reace!! Good look in Waterford the wkend Chris, no doubt you'll give it 110% and to everybody else just get out on the spins, hangovers and all.
Well fair play to everyone who raced today at Tymon park, a tight technical course so plenty of close racing. My legs died and "ran out of batteries" after lap 3 and started going backwards....Next time!
In the B race we had Mick, Ronan, Steo who was flying in 3rd place until he had a technical issue, and Terry on his lovely new bike..
A race we had Morty, Alfie, Quinlan, Donough and Max (who took a bad fall off the bike) :(

Hard luck max you took a right tumble for sure. Really enjoyed that. It's an insane sport. The new bike was the shizzle. Just need to work on my technique. Not to mention the power required in these races
Yeah hard racing for sure, every second counts kos it's so fast, took a few tumbles today and cost me a few spots but felt strong the bike so happy out, great to see so many epic heads out

Great day in Waterford myself Colm , Oz, Dermot , Vinne represented the club and Jackson was there to knock some banter out of! Things were steady off the start was in a group of three off the front at the early stages once we hit the single track that was down to two myself and John Mason and we keep a brisk steady pace up to the 27km mark when john punchered so I rode on and managed to keep them away. Good course long climbs fast decents nothing too technical but very enjoyable!
Excellent event very well run signs and marshal everywhere! It seemed like the whole community was out to cheer people on and bike wash, showers and the spread soup sambo cake coffee struggled to leave!
