A few years ago I developed trigger finger in both my hands. Trigger finger is a painful condition that causes the fingers or to catch or lock when bent. It happens when tendons in the finger or thumb become inflamed.
Having spend my youth playing bass and guitar, then cycling for the past 10 years, the doctor confirmed to me that due to my last 10 years cycling it got worse ( especially the MTB as you grip and brake a lot tighter).
Anyway, I'm in a lot of pain and will undergo tendon release surgery in the next couple of week on my left hand and steroid shots on my more inflamed right hand.
I was wondering if anyone has had this done how it has affected their riding.
