Cheers Lawdie and John for the tour of Ballinasatoe this morning. Lots of new trails which is always good. Would recommend these spins even if you're not planning on doing the Enduro, today had a great balance of climbs and descents, all very manageable. Cheers all!

Have not be able to join you yesterday ´cause not Dublin. Had a chat today in TickNock, been told the race will have a lot of pedaling parts, confirm?
If you want to make some laps over there next saturday I would be available. Looking fw to my first race in Ireland :-)

Don't be worrying yourself about the pedals. If I can get around a full Enduro so can you.
