Congrats Ciara and Colm. Getting to grips with a new born is like racing downhill, there will be smooth and rough bits and there'll be times when you think you are going over the bars. Hang in there and enjoy the ride; it's the most fun you'll ever have.
Congratulations Colm the sleepless nights might slow you down . I would encourage any of the fast lads to have children. Baby's are criptinite for cyclists , it might give us slow lads half a chance.
