Offroad Commission nomination

Hi All

I'm not currently aware of anyone else going for the XC Coordinator job so I'm willing to continue in the role for another term.

Could one or two people please nominate me?

Send an email to Lisa using the following text (see below) using the email address secretary@offroadcyclingireland.ie

“I, <your full name>, Licence number <your licence number>, would like to nominate Maciej Staroniewicz (Max) for the position of the XC Coordinator."

You can use your 2016 licence.

Also, we need at least 4 members at the AGM to have the full voting rights, voting via proxy is not allowed.

Who's going to the AGM this Saturday?

The venue is only about 10mins from me, though I guess Max and 4 others from the Committee will be there?

The Off Road Commission AGM is for all cycling Irl members not just committee members
I think you need your CI lic number to enter so bring your 2016/2017 lic
For voting clubs receive votes based on club size in our case 4

So do we have 4 going is really what I'm asking?

I'd like to go but I'll be on child minding duties - how long does the AGM usually last? If its well run (i.e. no more than 2 hours) I might be able to persuade (bribe) Evan with an ipad and wifi.

That depends really, i'm sure there will be a lot of people eager to express their views on things so could waffle on, though the important parts are the voting for the
OC commission roles and motions...

And it's a nice hotel too...

I think 2 hrs should cover it Dave.

Don't forget, if you are nominating max for the OC commission make sure you name: "Maciej Staroniewicz" and not Max Power or your vote may not be counted!

Dont know how long but probably longer than 2h. The CX debate might drag on I think....
