Sorry I'm going to miss this one and the next few. Came off the bike this morning and broke my collar bone, I knew I wouldn't make it :mad: time to take up knitting.

Pretty Cool spin, its been donkeys years since i've been around those trails.. the tight switchback (burgerbum or something) .. class!!

a few of us out tonight track are running spot on. definatly feeling a DH buzz on the tuesdays now. Were sandwitched between two race weekend so let us have our fun!.

That was a cool spin hitting up some of djouces best trails. XTC, Ross Rosengraves Trail, Foxglove, Gran Canaria, Benchcut, Boulderdash. It was nicely paced and a good few out.

Yeah I enjoyed that spin you just can't go wrong with djouce so many class trails. Cheers Al and all. And Sham that's a kick in the stones about the collar bone hopefully we'll see you back soon. Enjoy your knitting........

Great spin even though i was bitchin ALL the way around, it seems i left my small bag of skills on Carrick Mountain, ill go pick them up before thursday though!

Ill get this whole 'Clipped in' buzz if it kills me!!!
