In association with your ever giving club I am organising a REC3 First Aid Course, to be honest it's something everyone should have but only a few people have it. This could save your life or someone out with you if something goes wrong up in the mountains so it would be great if I could get the minimum of 10 people needed to do this. It's a two day course done over a weekend and costs â¬125 per person, the club has kindly agreed to subsidise this and pay â¬25 per person so that drops it to â¬100 each. I'd like to run the course in August/September, possibly in the Annamoe center outside Roundwood. We all hate giving up our weekend and not getting out on our bikes but try make an exception for something important like this.
