The National XC Championships races are being organized by your club EPIC MTB on the 23 July 2017 in Djouce Woods

So to date a lot of the pre event organization is in hand from organizing insurance, event license, Red Cross ,booking commissar, mc, organizing field, agreeing route course, loos ,barriers food vendors plus all the details that can be done pre event.
What is now needed is for members to confirm that they are available to volunteer and take on various roles either as team leader or member on the day. No need to be shy the more helpers the better also a great opportunity for new and old members to meet off the bike and get to know each other.
Prior to the 23th the course needs some preparation so will be posting some dates and times on separate posts in forum for dig days nights, the whole loop has to be racked ,strimed ,repaired as required, also a few sections require furze to be cut back plus one new section needs some work done so plenty to do
On Sat the 22th course will be getting taped in the morning and hope to have open for practice by 2pm
How long will the day be ?
On the 23th July set up will be from 8.00am to knock down tidy up about 5/5-30

Chief Marshall + team
Marshalling for directing people to parking, at control points on course
