Well that all went pretty smoothly! Thanks to the dream team Oscar and Brian, dave and Tara, for the sign on, no major issues there. Thanks to everyone who helped out today and over the past few weeks, organising and course prep, some couldn't make it today but the help was appreciated on the lead up to it. Big thanks to everyone who turned up today, from timers to Marshalls, registration to timers and everyone in between, your pizza abd beer will be waiting for you at the AGM!

Special shout out to Gary for juggling lots of part-time marshals/racers, and to #Timmons for his super high boards. Not sure I forgive Alfie for the last minute addition of the hike-a-bike section though.
And kicking myself for not getting a photo of Robin doing half a lap on the front rim with no tyre, still in 3rd place and lapping other riders.
That all went well, wasn't freezing and the course was fast for the competitors, some great results for the club too, all from our ladies.. and Doris! :)

Yeah – that was a brilliantly run race. Thanks to everyone for all the hard work getting it up and running so smoothly. The kids loved their races – lots of happy faces. The course was brilliant – but I’ll agree with Keith! that hike a bike nearly killed me…… (of course – some people were cycling it !!). All in all, a great day. Thanks. And well done on the podiums!
Christ on a bike I'm shattered! Everything went well, I didn't come across any cranky people all day which was great. Glad I had my wet gear for marshalling the ladies and B race, I only had a 5 minute warm up for my first ever A race, twas fair hurty, had a great battle with Stephen Pollock(did you puncture in the end Stephen?), we swapped places a few times. Hike a bike section was torture, great area for spectators on the hill, so much to see. Well done to everyone who helped out, fantastic day.
Huge thanks to everyone who helped out yesterday - it made setup, race organisation and tear-down really easy and efficient. There were lots of positive comments from all the races about the course and the encouragement from the marshals. Particular thanks to Max, Colm and Neville for running the races - there were times there when standing in the commissar's tent was like standing in a freezer. Thanks to Evan Ryan (WORC) for all his help with the online registration. And finally... a big thanks to all the photographers for immortalising us!
Brillant race and so well run. Fair play to all who helped out and thanks for the encouragement...well needed after another disasterous start, chain fell off on the first climb. Good to see so many out racing from the club.
What a great day, flat out from the start and really good to see everybody pulling together and making it all happen. From my side of things on the day I can't praise all the marshal crew enough especially the guys that were there from early morning until tear down without as much as a single grumble and the crew who raced and then came back to get stuck in again, fairplay guys you should be proud of yourselves and thanks again for putting up with me being a relentless pain in the ass. Ohh and thanks to Tara and Clare who are not even club members and still helped out and took up a marshal post. Niall was in his element "encouraging" all the riders over them monsterous boards, was flipping hilarious watching everybody doing a little jig to get over them. Until next time.
Cyclocross hangover in full effect. Course was tough but fun. Those barriers were not ideal for those of us who are vertically challenged, think they might have been over my knees. Heard some poor lad about a foot taller than me giving out about how hard it was for him. Bless
