at the 3rd Round of the DH NPS Sean won the masters with Bruce in 4th place in what he tells me was one hell of a race, well done boys..impressive results. I hear the course was savage hardcore stuff.

The course was savage hardcore indeed. Think a 45degree bog of death with loads of switchback turns, all off chamber cause you wouldn't want them any other way it would be just too easy. The was a few rocky slithery bits and one or two really slippy sections and a few big jumps thrown in for some fun. The savageness can be seen by the few brave people who took on the challenge and got there ass kicked by the course.
Savage result there by the Minister... well done... and not a bad time from the Murphy lad seeing as he was only 10 seconds off the winning time... savage stuff..
What's the dealio with the course... was it just the weather or what..?? Just wondering as the gap between the first and last Elite riders is almost 6 minutes with some riders taking 8+ minutes to finish both runs...!!
axle deep mud that clogged your bike and stopped it freewheeling. Most bikes suffered from bad clearance issues while others had no problems. It was a very difficult course wit the worst conditions possible

it would be a super duper track in the dry. in the mud it was just super. I had to walk half of the track due to clogging of my rear wheel. I'm going to have to rethink the bodged mud guard ;D.
you're only man for the Mud is the Orange..designed in a temperate climate for a crappy season..oh yeah..single pivot with loads of clearence and learn to pedal with your arms..

walking..crying about the mud and the hard track..even Tom Sheridan, who looks like an old women but is obviously old skool he man..he got a great result and hurler kearns..he just dug his way down the mountain..
