Wanted Club Safeguarding Officer

Club Safeguarding Officer - Formally known as Child Protection Officer

At the moment club membership is open to over 18s so no officer required by us by Cycling Irl

So why would we need one ?

The main reason is that on the occasions that the club has contact with under 18 participants, example events and races that we organise, we need to be sure that we are in compliance with CI guidelines

So is anybody prepared to take on the roll and advise the club on what policies we need to put in place?
