Not wanting to stir things at all but are people getting on any trails if they live near to any?
Iâm close enough to be able to get onto a couple of trails but am concerned about not wanting to be antisocial. Itâs dry and Iâd imagine dusty and the last mtb spin I was on was December so Iâm mad keen but also wary.

2km won't even get me up to massesys. When I'm driving back from work there has been gards at hell fire and near Johnny foxes
I wondered alright, the Hellfire is within 2k of my house and a neighbour went up yesterday. The guards were at the entrance and told him he was ok to go up as long as it’s the only place he was going.
I have no trails near by have being using surrounding road system with in 2 k longest spin of 70 k so far best spin is around corcaigh park on the grass saving the cycling track for a rainy day
Erica have you being doing laps in kiltipper park? some loop around the tarmac road that was put in expect to see your name on strava in no 1 slot
I have thanks Terry. I used to use that one all the time but a few years ago the farmer put cattle in the field so I didn’t like climbing over his fence.
70km!wow, I was happy with getting 12 out of my 2km! Yeah have just discovered kiltipper Park, I do a lsp of Dodder and then up to kiltipper, but there are so many families on bikes and scooters, that there won't be a hope of strava times, but I'm happy just to saunter and pretend I'm up the mountains with those views! great to see more kids on bikes though , wonder will it last!
