by this time tomorrow, EPIC will have 5 actual Mountainbike Coaches.
So far we have learned how to Coach people of all levels and combined with our exxperience as rider and organisers we will be able to help develop and mentor anybody in the Club who feels they would benefit ( which in fact, is everybody !!) its a fantastic course and the Instructors Gary and Paul excellent.
We are learning so many ways to teach people and make use of our experience, we will easily develop structures to help everybody grow as riders.
