Hello, if you fancy volunteering for some Coaching , be at ballinastoe tomorrow at 1.00, sorry i should explain, we need a couple of riders to come along and be Coaching students..basically be instructed by ourselves, me, Sean, Stewart, oscar and Alfie ..basic stuff ..just for us to be assessed on !
