Sundays XC spin 11.5.08

Some spin, from the shop , up 3 rock across to ticknock, wocca woccas, prince willies, mini bog o death, Curtlestown, knockcree, Crone, ride rock ( i got the knock of death here) up the walking trail to Maulin, 3 times so far this week for Luke and myself !!
down to the river, up the other side ,down Ack, down gc and back to the Gala shop , thanks to the magic beans i went over the leadmines taking in a lap of the club course on the way..
once upon a time this would have been a normal Sunday spin.

Savage, don't want to see that walkers trail again for a while!

Well the part I did was great. have to say i'm disappointed in myself for head back, but you lads are just Savage!!

did you see the Goober herd at the back of 3 rock...we were going faster up then they were coming down..and whats the story with the full face helmets on an xc bike..and very few people can wear the old freeride gear and look cool..
and Jack, all those Carbon bikes and you on a steel yoke..tut tut..tut..and Lycra the fcuk up..
I love my new bike...i really do...

That's some spin. I remember when the sunday spin, was 'Djouce', or the "Sugerloaf", now it's "North Wicklow".

Jack, there is no shame in bailing out, those fast lads have gone mad, doped up to the eyeballs.
