Tuesday Spin Blue Light 7.20

Hopefully weather will be better by then! We will be doing a lap of three rock,with some of the MAD,Worcies course thrown in. The pace will be steady!!!

Took a break from biking this weekend, now I can't wait to get out.

You would have loved the spin we did yesturday,but it is also nice to take a break and recharge the body,I'm stiff as a board today. Look forward to getting out tomorrow myself see you there Cathal. Anyone else?

Will there be room for me and a couple of lads, I've no experience but the other lads would be alright!

I'm not sure,with no experience it would be a good idea!Unless your mates know their way around 3 Rock you could tag along and drop out if it becomes to much for you. I think maybe the Newbie spin with Richie and the lads might be a better start.

I'm always up for a challenge and I've no intention of slowing anyone up. Have a history of putting a little more effort than ability into anything I do! Just one more thing, is the Blue light car-park just off the Blackglen road, using gogle maps to find it!

yeah, i think it is..if you take the turn at behind lambe Doyles Pub you'll get to it.
With an attitude like that I don't see how Darragh can refuse you !! good luck, i'll be keen to hear how you get on !!

I'm always up for a challenge and I've no intention of holding anyone up. I've a history of putting more effort than ability into anything do, generally with hilarious effect (at my expense). Just one more thing, is the Blue Light carpark across from Lamb Doyles on the Blackglen Road? Have to give a Polish friend of mine directions so want to be fairly spot on!
