Attached are the results from last nights race. There are a couple of missing 2nd lap times, but the overall results are correct - sorry to anyone who didn't get a complete set of lap times. If you notice any mistakes, send me a pm.

What an evening, what a race! For the first time it felt like I was partaking as opposed to surviving, happy with the times, my bike tweaking and my technical advisor transformed the bike into an agile and eager stallion once more. Gears were snickety snick for the first time in ages, and as for those ****e dual control (still for sale), good riddance.
The groovy vibe around the place was fantastic, if you could bottle it you'd be rich.
Don't know what happened at the start, I was waiting patiently for my name and decided not to wait anymore when I saw people who trounced me last week batting off up the hill.

Some good racing last night. I was in the smae boat as Don and was actually able to partake instead of just ambling round. Although I think I'll be regretting my good performance when my handicap is reduced next week.
thanks a bunch to all the time keepers - great job, but especially that poor lad from IMBRDeadly who I pulled to a stop to borrow his pump and lost him a clatter of places - I thought the pump was just clipped on to his frame and it'd be a quick swipe, but it wasn't and we fought to get it off, the fever of racing had me though and I just had to get back into the fray!
anyway - thanks again to ya - let me know the names of who passed you and I'll elbow them off next week

I would just like to thank the people who give up their time to do the lap timing and provide much needed encouragement and slagging. It adds to the whole event and makes the pain worth it.
Its also great to have people from outside the club getting stuck in and boosting the pace of the race and the overall quality of the league. I'd say that its the only sporting league in the world where the beginner racer can mix it up with Pros.

about the handicaps, i work them off your fastest lap. But I use a lot of discretion and set you off where I think you should go. So don't sweat it.
Hats off to the Pro downhillers, like Al,Adam, paul, Mark and Paul C, not to mention Sean for getting stuck in to the races. You can see the impovements weekly. Its brilliant to see everybody from Novices to savages giving it a lash..and the DNFers are few and far between.
Yeah definately, thanks a million to all the time keepers and people who shout from the side - I was very close to quitting on the first lap last night and they really kept me going :)
That was so good, im a beginner and new to a club happening, but its so great to hear people encouraging me to keep going even when im a good bit behind....wow!!!..great.... thanks to the timekeepers and to the people at the end who were asking me was okay whilst I was fiddling with my gears and the lady with blonde hair , dont know your name......thanks..
