May 22nd: XC NPS Rnd. 2 Killarney

Well, i'm a real glutton for punishment so I've signed up for round 2 of the NPS in Kilarney..

Terry will be racing too...

I'm planning to stay in Killarney on the Sunday night to have a few recovery Guinness after the race!

Don't think I ever ride there. Looking forward to it. Kind of. Be good to be down in the kingdom for a weekend. Points on Sunday night sounds very appealing indeed.

Almost 10 years since i've raced down there, it's a great course, big wide open grass start area and some nice natural singletrack through the trees, a few small kickers but very little climbing so a fairly flat course unlike that horrible course for the 1st Nps!

I'll be heading down for it too! Sunday night pints of Murphy's is very tempting!!

Love to be going , but heading to spain for a few days. Had planned on staying and doing the ring of Kerry on the road bike...raging!
