Time for a good old fashioned sunday spin. Heading up to Djouce for a lap of the NPS course and a bit more besides. The spindly feckers on the carbon bikes are welcome, but this spin is catering more for the old skool Epicurians who enjoy the craic.
good stuff don, i should make it along too......went out for a lap of the course on monday, the new sections are so zzzzzzzippy fast and fun, cant wait to try it again;-)
The mud is great, I've been lamping my bike around wildly for weeks, knowing it will grip, I was becoming a bit of a thug on the bike, yesterday it all back to finesse, delicate braking and reading the trail like a hawk to find the traction. I re-discovered my feminine side.
