Who is going to what ? As Club Presidente ,I will be leading the Exceptional EPIC DH team to Cahir in Co Tipperary..we'll be making a weekend of it..living it up large as the young folk say..
So we need an XC God to lead the XC team to Kilruddery..any takers ?
A very large and prominent pesence from the Club is needed at both events.
I'm going to The DH Champs because I want to promote The Blast ,we have a good chance to get some medals and I have already been to Kilruddery this year.
Both are on the 20th - 21st of July..its my birthday on the 23rd..it will be my 2nd DH race this year..
So..who will take my place at the XC nationals and who's coming to Tipeerary with me to go absolutely off the freakin planet !!!

hey..heres your brother..i'm just going for the craic and to promote the Blast..i'd like to see a sea of EPIC jerseys..
ill probably camp wih my girls for the weekend..B&Bs are so 90's
I'll be looking at you through squinted eyes now, there will be no more pointing out lines and useful advice, all there will be is, âare you breakin hereâ, âIm breakin here, here is a good place for breakin, you should do more of thatâ, and âhave you seen the quick line?, the one over there, on the other side of the wall, where the cows are?â. And the old bungy cord to the start ramp trick, canât beat that one.
Whatever about all that.... imagine going away on the last weekend before the nationals to ride flat xc trails in a different country.... especially when you are a serious contender for the vets title.... those trails don't even have muck on them...or roots, most of it is tarmac.... I hope they're bringing road bikes
Its a fair point, I'm going practicing the course next weekend. Medals don't win themselves you know. All them scotish trails will just creat a false sence of deadlyness.
