What a load of me b*llocks, the rain has been pissin down for days on end. I got out with Silvo on Christmas eve for about a 2 hour spin which was cool and I've had 2 road spins in between the rain. The place is flooded everywhere. Hoping to get out tomorrow or the next day for a 52k spin from Ronda to Marbella dont care if its raining or not, but not that torential rain jeeze I couldn't see a thing the other day driving. Anyway its t-shirt weather even if it is raining I believe its very bloody cold at home. look forward to getting back to the Epic spins..see ye all in the new year have a good one!!!!

I really hope you're able to keep up when you come back..I don't think i've ever seen LD (Lightning ****ie) overtake me before! and I was ripping along..i reckon the Slendertone and the Turbo Trainer that Tracy got him for Xmas is really working for him..

Golf!!!!!! Ask Llandai i wouldn't have a clue. As for RL and his xmas prezzie's...S*ite I knew I should have stayed at home the amount of spins goin on is scary i will be in a heap!!!! Do not fear i have a strict plan to keep when I get home, which consists of cycling. No parties,drink,late morning seasons are all so 2009 for me.... A bit of rain is an under statement, Holly god its been lashin,rain bouncin of the ground etc. Got a nice 25k spin in today sun out about 18degrees perfect for a nice spin. Hope to get another one in tomorrow up in Mijas.
