With only 6 races left now, and as The main Organiser, i have to express my disapointment with the low turnout recently. personally it doesn't bother me because every week I enjoy myself, between the craic before during and in particular afterwards in the pub, but it is a shame. The same people every year finish in the top ten except this year we have 2 ladies in the top ten, Sylvia and Carol which is brilliant and a great achievment.
The Club League is not really about the racing, its about the craic and its about getting better on the bike.
I realise the weather is not the best lately , but hey its Ireland, we're mountainbikers, get used to it.
very few members have not made it to the races, if you haven't, try and make one of the remaining ones, even to do the times, or come to the pub and have the craic, some people live far away , thats ok, i know who your are and its cool, i'll see you at the Club XC champs,
