I was looking forward to it too Don, however if people don't nominate themselves it will be left to the same people everyweek, [I think it might be time to simply nominate people from the long list of members?]

Harri - I'll do it tommorow - you race, I've got a ****ty chest infection so can't race anyway and I hate seeing Don unhappy.

No worries, timing next week so. I'll have to hastily re-arrange the sports psychologist to get back in the zone for tomorrow's race now
