I finished but I got DNF'ed...Number 95...if you can sort it cool, if you can't don't worry about it....good buzz, very slippy compared to the last two weeks.

Bon what did you doooooooooooooo to me!!!! In fairness thats some job you did, the amount of DNF's you had to sort out......Your some man!!! Great racing again, felt like ****e tonight but struggled on to the finish. The amount of crashes, full body dabs was the craic. In short the slower riders did a great job of doing there best to get out of the way, the traffic was savage. Harri was goin to get murdered by me if he didnt shut up!! thanks to timers and helpers once again we couldnt do it without yeh.....Cheers!

Have to say that was an awesome hours racing. I've never heard so many people rave about it after, and this after 2 classic dry races so far. Everything much more technical in the grease. Thanks to the timers, I tried my best to call early to try and get under 15 minutes but the lads were having none of it! Lots of chasing, lots of people passing, a silly moment passing Lynchy and Co and then getting hooked up on a rock that was all of 2 inches big, it was like the opposite of Robins passing moves.

Some strange times there, would be interested to know what happened to Marc, Richie, Stew and a few others...

Buzzing my head off, maybe I'll try Terry's trick and down a few beers to get to sleep.

off on numerous occasions, almost managed to sneak past Smithers on the run to the line but not quite...

Thanks Bon, Richie, Mick and other timers, sorry didn't even notice who else was standing there helping, I was in too much pain! Oh and Max for the photos.

But lets face it when we first designed the course there was 10 of us racing on it..60 odd riders is pushing it..
Here we have a race, its free entry, the course is brilliant, its all over in 2 hours, you get your results before bed.
The handicapping is the most difficult thing to get right..
However I think I got it close enough tonight as the fast lads got their chance to shine..
You can see from the videos , when I get it up the close racing thats going on..
I have a couple of ideas to spread out the riders..
I will be laughing at the Robot next week..and will do groups instead.
Now, nobody take offence !
Some of you are brutal when it comes to overtaking and being overtook..
Bear in mind that some of you are only babies at this, some of you are toddlers, some of you are teenagers and some of you are SAS trained hunter Killer Ninjas..
if somebody comes up behind you , look behind..
Learn who to pull over for..
Don't ****in stop on the track.there are ample places to let people overtake you..
stop panicing
Lets work together on this..
stop riding up each others hole as well!! wheres that going to get you !!

what happened to me Don was 2 things..
I was videoing the exploits of people and trying to coach people how to overtake and unclutter the track..
Stew banjoed his knee and Marc caught The Gay..
I'm saving my rapid times for when people get fed up and **** off !!

That letting people pass takes a bit of gut instinct, when Damo and Alfie come up on me I can feel their shockwave and dive out of their way, then there was some guy who wanted to pass me heading into the gorse section, that wasn't going to happen and I never saw him again!

Yea I was a witness to your coaching after I got going again, thanks for clearing the track abit for me. There was an awful lot of traffic tonight and this passing people is a pretty new thing for me although the majority of
people were very good at making room.

yeah..this CLub Race thing is my petard and my Albatross fo 20 weeks a year I think about nothing else, to try and make it the ultimate experience for everybody..
the fast lads are catching everybody on the 2nd half of lap 2 and getting caught up.
However..if i start them later then they won't get a chance at the top 3.
At the same time, and I'll be an outspoken antichrist of a ******* here..
people are getting to win races who will never win ..and thats good for them..
Look at where Ryan, Oisin , Alfie and Damo got to tonight even with savage traffic !
the very reason people love the track is whats causing the blockages..
I'm happy with my times tonight considering the other work I was doing during the race..
all i want is people to enjoy themselves and get better !!

Great nights racing indeed - tahnks to the helpers / timers, BON, Darragh, Eamonn, Mick, Jack & anyone I forgot, it was hilarious screaming at simithers - he was only one shout away from stopping, getting off the bike & punching me in the face, funny though!

That would be the psychological whammy. The guy in front gets freaked out until he either lets you past or falls off, thereby letting you past. Depends who you do it to, but can be very effective. You've done it to me enough times! Nowadays I just pull over and let the faster rider past, gentleman that I am...
