rnd 4 Assistant timer needed

Alfie is doing the timing tomorrow evening, so an assistant is needed..somebody he is not likely to box in the head !

my arm is f***ed with gravel rash so I won't be racing tomorrow. I can do it. Can i call out the numbers instead of punching them in?...... Will he punch me in the head? maybe.
