I've finally managed to arrange getting out early enough to make a race, would the it be possible to grab a start time from the robot please.

I think Lynchie should go at 7.00 cause he left so early on tuesday, what you say Coach!!!

where would be the point..he'd only clog up the trail stopping and talking to people about his operations and what tablets he was taking or whats the best washing up liquid to use or what ironing stuff you use when you're ironing !!

What .... now that you've got rid of poor old "Scuttery" we're going back to picking on me?
We've managed to gather a nice group of "Gentlefolk" going off at 6.59 - myself, Flan and Ronan ..... and if the likes of Don would just slow down a bit he'd be welcome to join us! We have a lot of "after you ..... no ..... after you" going on! Makes for a very pleasant evening (but terrible lap times!!).

Well said Richard, I'm back on the Trance and have two broken wrists so I fancy ambling along at a leisurely pace with the real gentlemen of the Irish MTB scene. Can we stop for sandwiches?
