I proved getting over the drop at the bottom of Barneys wasn’t a fluke although I still think it might be :) Oh and am so glad I can now call that log my bitch!!! By next week it'll be like it was never there :)

well done to Karen and Shauna last night, you can see they've really come on. they've been going out themselves every wednesday with or without me, Carol and Sylvia. the only way to get better on your bike is to ride it and these two particularly prove that.

the smiles on both your faces at the end of barney's was fantastic
