jeebus that was gas..I forgot about this one..jack rang me, i was on my way to my secret trail digging and I met the boys..Rory, Justin, Jack, John O Reilly and away we went up Ballinagoober, until luggala, then up the Boardwalks to the trail that runs left along to the Blast..down the poor raped buggered flayed eviscerated Blast Course...holy jeehosavah..the track is destroyed..
inanyways ..great spin great craic..I couldn't tell how many eenglish were there at one stage I landed on my head..

2. Flat pedals suck...I have the pedals and the 5.10 shoes..and I had absolutely no confidence whatsoever and the ****in things kept shooting off at random intervals..

not a bleedin chance , I was only using them because its my going to work bike..i had my trusty spds on today and i felt real good nailed to my pedals !! oh yeah !!!
