We have what , over 100 members, you all get handed the best spins, huge craic, encouragement and all the other trappings of being a member, yet none of you would give up a day every 2 weeks to manage all our racers.
Fcuks sake..the feckin trails in Wicklow and Dublin aren't going anywhere.
Imagine if me and Alfie were that selfish.
All we need is somebody to make sure all our racers have club gear, they have bottles, they are kept warm at the start line and somebodies there to help them out when they have a bad day.
Yeah , I'm keeping score. No point in being here if you are not going to back up your clubmates.

couldnt agree more with you,for fecks sake,Aine from MAD did bottles for both MAD and some Epic riders today!I felt embarressed when I heard that after the race!!Why are we,as a club having to use non members to pass out bottles in a NPS??Fair dues to Aine for doing it,I think we should have a whip round to get her something nice as a Thank You.C
thanks Mick..we will give Aine an award at the AGM..there must be a heap of single non parental, not working or getting married people in the Club to do this !! Carol and Sophie will be at the last 2 races once Hockey season is over so we really need a body or 2 for Lady Dixon !
Anyone willing to do bottles this Sunday at the NPS??Maybe a few S4 rider's could do it as their race will be over by the time the later 1.30pm races start??

wait a minute there, how long have these guys been with us ? not very long..
So how come all of you who i have held hands for, given brilliant spins, encouraged generously, motivated can't give up one Sunday every couple of weeks to back up your Clubmates who are representing the club nationally.
I give up a huge amount of my time to get people involved..theres 2 races left and none of you are interested in helping out.
I exclude everbody who has new babies from this but thats it.
If your not racing you should be organising one of you to come along and back us up..
its not fair that people who have raced their guts out in s4 and s2 ladies have to stand for another 2 hours handing out bottles.
Luke and John Harrington drove to Killarney last year to do our bottles . Thats commitment and brotherhood.
Its too late now though, Hockey season is over so Carol and Sophie will be along for the remaining 2 races to manage us !
still need a non racing person to look after the club at races. None of you childless, non self employed members want to help ?
