Thanks to Harri, Shona and Co. for the timing, and for standing around in that feckin wind.

You can ignore the time for the first lap - the computer had a meltdown! Laps 2 and 3 are fine, and who ever looks at lap 1 anyway.

Couldn't believe how dry the course was - I was expecting a bit of a mud bath but as usual is was dusty all the way, with people even washing out on corners! PB for me tonight, but still need to shape up a bit.

I really missed it tonight and my bleedin legs are killing me !

Good handy race today, wasn't in the mood for killing myself today so just enjoyed the dry deadly course.

Oh, and I have a tyre suggestion for Micky... that's what you need!

Jaysus I was going brutal tonight, I was knackered about ten minutes into it, trying to stay ahead of team awesome didn't do me any favours....big thanks to the timing crew as usual.

Thanks Harri for starting, and Shona, Colm and Mark etc for the timing and shouting encouragement ! Course felt really good and fast tonight, had great craic going around with on the train with Roo !!

Less than 60 scurvy riders, no harm says I, we could put wind to the mizen mast and blast the wavy seas! Still 10 seconds away from a PB but really enjoyed tonight, super conditions, with rogue loose rocks and big sticks for added his/her pleasure. Got stuck in a train the last section with Fergal and the pain train gaining, lots of shouting and addled riders, fantastic. Some amazing times and huge improvements in some riders. What a way to spend an evening.

great race tonight. not sure about the repositioned finish line myself. was caught in the same train in the third forest but did some massive over taking on the last climb... deadly

Really enjoyed, that tonight the legs felt ok, even though I snotted myself nicely on my last lap. I have a feeling the Robot won't be too kind to me next week. Thanks to all the timers you all do a savage job.

Thanks to all the timers bet you were glad of the cover of the forest. course was riding deadly suprised how dry the course was, was going well until me chain came off and quickly got swallowed by the train, some neat overtaking by oisin on the climb drop out of section 3 made me realise i've a lot to learn about mtbing! great night well done all!

Thanks to the timing crew, rode the big bike tonight and as I suspected Feck all difference in times. Anyone want to buy a hardtail.

Harri is a great startman altogether - most riders reached the first forest section 10 secs earlier than usual due to his booming voice of encouragment propelling them off the start line!
I like the extended finish line thing - nice to finish with a killer sprint all the way to the forest

Deadly, deadly, deadly, deadly, did I mention that tonight was deadly. Felt tired in the van before I got togged out but had a sneakin suspicion that I'd do well. Thanks again to the timers and their head of state Princess Shona, I have to agree with fergal about the repositioned finish line, makes for a deadly sprint finish to the line all the way up the last climb. See ye in two weeks.
