Great race tonight, thanks again to all the timers.
Pity I DNFed, I was going quite well, till I burped my tyre and totaled myself. Some super fast times there, Ryan Sherlock wow that eye bleedingly fast. Whats the course record?

Thanks to Shona, RayD, JJ Higgins and Graham for timing, delighted to have improved on first outing, the hardtail helped on the climbs. Great track and a beautiful evening.

Some nice lap times there! I was bollixed today, legs were ok but not the yang. Still, where else would you be on a fantastic summer evening like that one!

I had a great dice with Jack for lap 1, slagged the bollix out of skids during lap 2 ..then dropped me fookin chain again ( Sram Muck ) only when Nipples past me when I was walking that I got back in to the action..grrrr..

Second time on the MTB in 6 months, I loved it. You'll see me around a few more times over the next few weeks :)

What a great race, big thanks to Shona, Ray and John for the timing and encouragement.

Enjoyed the singletrack so much more on the FS, finally able to attack again without getting the bejeebus kicked out of me. That Zesty gave me my fastest lap 2 and 3 time this year, 10 seconds quicker than the HT and this on a virgin bike, the brakes were not even bedded in. Not shabby for a 140mm AM yoke and not what I expected at all.

Had a great battle with Colm, I'd get him on the singletrack and he would pass me every lap on the climb to section 2, he's getting fierce fast and is a gentleman racer of the highest order.

Orlas time is unreal, well done!

Deffo the best year ever for racing, the course, the quality of the field and the craic, what would we do without it?

ooooh that would be a gauntlet worth seeing !! great to have you..now all we need for the racemageddon is you, Niall Davis, Bob, Joe, Jp, Richie Felle, Damo ,Alfie,Max , Oisin and a few other S1 superstars !! bring GmcKee down, the mcCabes..The Greg !! ohh yeah..an invitational race !!

well i felt brutal all week so glad to get around.
Iv'e been working my coaching methods on byrner and it seems to be paying off, as soon as he sees me coming he leggs it.well done man 12.08 happy days, ill challenge you to an 11 min lap that's my goal if the course stays as dry.let's see who makes it first.

had to laugh at smithers slagging me! HELLO

great racing tonight, wasn't feeling great in the heat but had a PB on lap 2 after taking a fall (thanks Hoppo!)

there was a pile-up of 8 or 10 lads on the rocky climb out of section 1 on lap 3 - the fast lads all caught up and the rest was history.

well done again Orla, I doubt theres been many people in the league who've taken the guts of 1:30 off about a 14:30 PB - its a huge leap
