I'm off the bike at the moment with a back injury, I can give a hand on Thursday.

Was out on the road on Sunday as my legs were pollaxed from Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat on the MTB. Not that it made any difference as I went up the Wickla mountains anyway!

Id prefer to race but everyone has gotta do a stint on the kompooter!

Obvious solution ............ Oz will do the start and can head off with the last group (where he'd probably be anyway!) and have his race!!
