For anybody considering the marathon champs in September. Steady and non stop down the Wicklow way to djouce.

I'll be attempting the whole Wickla Way this Satruday but I'll start at Marley park around 8:00 a.m.

well done kids..great spin, everybody buy fergal kilkenny a pint for all his trailnbuilding on 3 rock !!
After the Blast I will be erecting a statue to him up at the trail sign at the top of metro..
it won't be a pretty one but its still a statue !!
then we'll all have a pint in the Blue Light afterwards to celebrate !!
Everybody was deadly except for the eejits with the multiple punctures !!
Well done to Fabio, Henry and Mario..you have graduated from Loser Class to hero class.
It was like old times for me ripping down trails with me old Number 1 son NIall Quinlan !!

Really great "old school" Epic spin! Good steady pace but no one left behind ....... unless of course you got a puncture! Well done to the new lads who hung in ...... I could tell you it gets easier but that would be a lie! Gonna try and make more of the Saturday spins - really enjoyed that! Thanks Richie

Very soon after the start I realised I probably shouldn't have been out. My back was knackered, and the elbow and wrist were giving me jip too. Pretty much in pain all the way, but I really wanted to see the legends track. It's way longer than I thought. A great track. Fair play to Fergal and the MADsers for creating that.
